Donelle H. Ratheal (Curriculum Vitae): Donelle is an experienced family law litigator, with fifteen years’ experience in the courtroom. Her reputation as a formidable trial attorney is known state-wide. Much of her experience is focused on the “high conflict” custody cases, as well as complex property and high income cases.

Donelle does not guarantee a client a “win”. She promises to fully prepare the client’s case, using the latest in legal trends and technology to present her client’s case. She uses highly-respected experts when necessary to increase a client’s chance of prevailing at trial.

She is the recipient of many honors. She continues to acquire new skills as a family law litigator to ensure that she remains on the cutting edge of the law.

Arlene Cain: Arlene is the office manager, and been a part the law firm’s team for approximately ten years. Arlene has substantial skills in the business arena. Arlene handles incoming matters, schedules client conferences and handles the business aspects of the firm as well as the client’s case.

Julie Stafford: Julie is the paralegal in the law firm. She received her Associates Degree from Rose State College in 2001, earning a place on the Dean’s Honor List. Julie assists Donelle in the preparation of the legal aspects of the client’s case, scheduling hearings and depositions, and working with the client in assembling information necessary to prepare for trial.
